Change management – in any business today change is inevitable…how to manage change strategically, as well as evaluate whether the change has been effective will be a winning factor.  

Tackling tricky employment situations – employment legislation is a minefield… understanding the basics will steer you on the right path and prevent any litigation and un-necessary costs.

Time management – making sensible decisions regarding prioritisation and delegation, in addition to utilising your personal and team resources is critical.
