    With over 15 years' experience in HR, Kate joined the team in 2004 as a HR Adviser.

    Having discovered a passion for the challenges and rewards that come from a career in HR, Kate went on to work her way up to Head of HR.

  • Emma Penrose

    HR Business Partner

    Emma Penrose

    Emma discovered a passion for people in the workplace when studying organisational psychology at university.

    With over 15 years ' experience in HR, Emma joined the team back in 2003, and has since worked her way up to HR Manager, making her responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
