Emma discovered a passion for people in the workplace when studying organisational psychology at university. With over 15 years ' experience in HR, Emma joined the team back in 2003, and has since worked her way up to HR Manager, making her responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
Having fallen into HR almost by accident, Leanne discovered a passion for working alongside people at work to get the best out of departments and individuals through all aspects of the employment life cycle. By the time she joined the team back in 2013, Leanne brought 8 years of experience with her, with a strong focus in recruitment.
Louise began her career in HR with Bankhall back in 2010, having started with the company as part of the Membership team in 2000. Adept at dealing with ad-hoc queries, process management and supporting managers and their teams, Louise’s strengths lie in her general HR expertise and approachable demeanour.
Sam joined the Bankhall HR team in 2015, bringing with her a number of HR qualifications. Sam is responsible for providing HR support on a wide range of areas to employees and managers.In her spare time, Sam has developed a passion for running and is training for her first (and possibly last) half marathon and also takes an active role in a local CIPD branch in the North West.
